organiser, promouvoir, mettre en oeuvre le développement professionnel continu (DPC) dans le cadre des dispositions légales et réglementaires qui le régissent, plus spécifiquement dans le domaine de l'endocrinologie diabétologie maladies métaboliques et nutrition ; les activités et programmes de l'association peuvent concerner des domaines complémentaires ou annexes de l'endocrinologie diabétologie maladies métaboliques dans le but d'une meilleure qualité ; les activités et programmes concourant au DPC mis en oeuvre par l'association pourront s'adresser à d'autres professionnels que ceux spécialisés en endocrinologie diabétologie maladies métaboliques, qu'ils soient médecins ou exerçant une autre profession de santé ; dans le cadre de l'organisation et et la mise en oeuvre de ses programmes de DPC, l'association devra respecter les préconisations scientifiques et pédagogiques du conseil national professionnel de la spécialité dans lequel elle intervient
