Objet :

la gestion administrative et financière du Centre Iqraa-Mosquée Iqraa de Cannes, la supervision totale de la mosquée Iqraa de Cannes et des centres qui y sont attachés ou qui en dépendent, assurer la célébration du culte musulman, subvenir aux frais, à l'entretien et à l'exercice du culte au sein de la mosquée Iqraa de Cannes et des centres qui en dépendent, l'accompagnement juridique, financière, et administratif de l'association AMBC à la réalisation de son objet qui entre autre chose la célébration du culte religieux ainsi que la promotion des actions culturelles dans la région PACA, distribution de repas de rupture de jeûne du mois de Ramadan, coordination humanitaire, conférences et soirées thématiques, collectes d'offrandes après le Ramadan et distribution aux ayants droits, organisation de voyages pour les musulmans de la Mecque, organisation de manifestations culturelles et cultuelles, enseigner la langue Arabe et la religion musulmanes (enfants et adultes) ; organiser les funérailles des musulmans ; diffuser l'information par des supports électroniques et papier ; acquisition de biens immobiliers et mobiliers, droits sociaux mobiliers, terrains afin d'y loger et développer des activités à caractère humanitaire, social, culturel et pédagogique ; promouvoir des actions d'apprentissage dans les techniques du numérique au bénéfice d'un public en difficulté de réinsertion sociale et/ou d'un jeune public ; plus généralement, la participation de l'association, par tous moyens pouvant se rattacher à l'objet social, notamment par voie de création d'associations nouvelles, d'apport, pouvant se rattacher directement ou indirectement à l'objet social de l'association et à tous objets similaires ou connexes pouvant favoriser son extension ou son développement
