responsabilité de la mise en oeuvre de la formation syndicale avec le soutien de l'UCR ; animation régionale d'une politique de développement syndical portée par les UTR et menée en liens étroits avec l'URI et les UIT ; participation aux travaux menés par l'URI sur les questions à caractère interprofessionnel et spécialement ceux intéressant les retraités ; animation d'un secteur juridique permettant aux militants des UTR d'apporter une meilleure réponse aux questions et difficultés rencontrées par les retraités ; animation et mise en oeuvre d'une politique d'action syndicale régionale en collaboration étroite avec les UTR sur les thèmes dont l'instance politique compétente est du niveau régional ; échanges et débats entre les UTR sur les questions locales, la coordination et l'harmonisation des revendications propres à chaque UTR ; représentation des UTR au conseil de l'UCR CFDT (préparetion collective des conseils de l'UCR et appropriation des débats de ce conseil)
