établir entre tous ces membres des relations amicales et de solidarité ; soutenir et aider toutes personnes se reconnaissant dans les valeurs et les actions du Comité et ce sur l'ensemble de la Normandie ; promouvoir la beauté et l'élégance des hommes de la Normandie et à cet effet organiser et superviser le concours Modèle élégance France à l'échelon de la Normandie dont le gagnant est destiné à concourir au titre de Modèle élégance France ; contribuer à l'action du Comité modèle élégance France, à sa prospérité et à son rayonnement sur l'ensemble de la Normandie et hors du territoire ; mettre en avant le charisme et la beauté des hommes ; organiser des voyages, des soirées et manifestations sportives, culturelles et sociales ; élire un homme entre 17 et 28 ans faisant au minimum 1,72m reconnu pour sa bonne moralité, élégant et ayant de fortes valeurs humaines
