organiser les "rencontres artistiques" de l'association "Pastel en Charente" ; diffuser, valoriser, développer, promouvoir le pastel en y associant les diverses techniques sèches (sanguine, fusain...), le dessin (bande dessinée, dessin de presse, etc...), l'aquarelle, l'encre, le lavis, les techniques mixtes, la peinture (sur faïence, sur soie ...), les eaux fortes, la gravure, la sculpture, la photo, le numérique, par tous les supports et actions possibles ; faciliter et/ou initier les échanges artistiques régionaux, nationaux européens et internationaux contribuant au développement et à la connaissance de toutes les techniques, tels que la création d'une fondation, d'un musée ; participer à des expositions en France ou à l'étranger ; découvrir de nouveaux talents ; organiser des rencontres, des journées de travail entre artistes ; proposer des cours, stages de formation en France et à l'étranger ; développer des partenariats avec des collectivités, sociétés, associations, entreprises, organisations, musées ayant le même objectif au plan national et international
