agir dans tous les domaines relevant des industries culturelles et créatives et de l’économie collaborative, de leur promotion, de leur développement et notamment par la création d’un Tiers-Lieu spécifique à ces thématiques, en particulier elle s’attachera à : favoriser l’émergence d’une dynamique locale citoyenne et entrepreneuriale autour des questions liées aux industries culturelles et créatives et l’économie collaborative ; favoriser les échanges entre élus, citoyens, associations, entreprises, et administrations sur ces mêmes questions ; élaborer des projets à l’échelle locale ; favoriser l’émergence d’initiatives citoyennes et entrepreneuriales similaires ; étudier les possibilités de création d’une Société Coopérative d’Intérêt Collectif (SCIC) poursuivant les mêmes objectifs ; mettre en cohérence le projet Cosmolab avec les autres acteurs et autres projets autour des industries culturelles et créatives°
