unir et organiser les familles, et individus, mal-logés, sans-logis, locataires ou non, confrontés notamment à des difficultés économiques, à une discrimination, au racisme, à toute situation portant atteinte à l'accès ou au maintien dans un logement décent, accessible et durable : arrêt des expulsions sans relogement, relogement décent de toute famille et personne mal-logée ou sans logis ; application de toutes les lois favorables aux personnes en difficulté de logement, et leur amélioration, notamment la loi DALO, le Droit à l'hébergement inconditionnel, la loi de réquisition sur les immeubles et logements vacants appartenant à de grands propriétaires ;  plus généralement soutien, information, promotion d'action, ayant pour but de remédier à la crise du logement, aux difficultés des mal-logés et sans logis, et agir contre la spéculation immobilière et foncière, les loyers et le logement cher, la marchandisation :privatisation du logement social, les politiques du logement contraires à l'intérêt des mal logés, des sans logis, et des locataires
