création et gestion d'un refuge pour animaux et particulièrement pour les chiens maltraités ou abandonnés ; priorité sera donné aux animaux des communes relevant du Grand Avignon ; cette structure permettra de lutter contre l'errance canine ; entreprendre toute action qui contribue à la protection, au sauvetage, au placement et au suivi d'animaux en détresse et agir pour la sensibilisation et pour le respect des animaux ; la possibilité de création d'emplois locaux via des embauches de salariés en contrats aidés (insertion des personnes en difficultés, des handicapés, des chômeurs de longue durée, des bénéficiaires du RSA) pour le bon fonctionnement du refuge et de l'association
