Objet :

Contribuer à l'amélioration des conditions de vie périscolaire des enfants du quartier Marengo Périole et de la Colonne à Toulouse, sans discrimination, développer les liens de solidarité entre tous les acteurs de l'école et également avec les habitants du quartier. Développer des projets d'actions à dimension éducative, sociale et culturelle, au bénéfice du plus grand nombre des enfants du quartier. Proposer des actions adaptées au développement de l'enfant dans le cadre du projet éducatif global. Permettre l'implication de tous (enfants, familles, animateurs, partenaires, riverains, enseignants) en mettant en commun les pratiques et connaissances. Proposer des interventions adaptées aux besoins et à l'âge des enants ou des jeunes. Transmettre les valeurs sociales et citoyennes aux enfants en leur apprenant à être acteur dans leur environnement
