réflexion et action autour des questions de mobilités, du lien social artistique entre les musiciens et chanteurs de Bagatelle et ses environs ; mettre en oeuvre un projet qui a pour finalité et but de faire vivre un nouveau style de musique autour du Gospel, du blues, du slam, de la variété, du raï, et de la soul initiant ainsi les artistes en herbe à la pratique du chant et de la musique ; élaborer un spectacle vivant avec une chorégraphie adéquate ; participer au lien socio-économique des quartiers en mettant l'accent à long ou moyen terme sur l'auto-production des concerts à venir et de tous ce qui s'y rapporte commercialement et autorisé par la loi
