la loi n° 2002-2 du 2 janvier 2002 rénovant l'action sociale et médico-sociale a placé l'usager au coeur d'un dispositif qui fixe le périmètre de leurs interventions, l'article L312-7 du Code de l'Action Sociale et des Familles stipule, quand à lui, qu'a fin de favoriser leur coordination, leur complémentarité et garantir la continuité des prises en charge et de l'accompagnement, les établissements et services sociaux et médico-sociaux peuvent procéder à des groupements, ces finalités seront développées en fonction des décisions prises par chacun des conseils d'administration de l'Association Olympe de Gouges et de l'Association Espoir membres fondateurs du GCSMS Pléïades sur la nature des actions à mettre en commun au sein de ce groupement
