rassembler et dynamiser la Diaspora rwandaise à Toulouse et dans le sud de la France pour des actions de développement solidaire au Rwanda ; organiser des évènements culturels pour mieux faire connaître notre pays ; créer des liens et des partenariats actifs entre des associations locales et des associations internationales ; contribuer au développement socioéconomique du pays et au bien-être de nos compatriotes en participant aux efforts de tout un peuple, et plus particulièrement en soutenant les personnes les plus vulnérables et les plus fragiles ; collaborer avec des associations qui oeuvrent pour la mémoire du génocide des Tutsi et la lutte contre l'oubli, elle s'engage dans la mesure de ses moyens à soutenir des initiatives qui visent à lutter contre l'impunité des génocidaires et contre le négationnisme
