permettre aux habitant-es des quartiers populaires de se réapproprier l'image de leurs quartiers. S'inspirant du mouvement de l'éducation populaire, l'association propose à son public de devenir des acteur-trices et des constructeur-trices de l'image afin de la comprendre et de pouvoir l'utiliser à des fins humanistes et égalitaires. Elle promeut l'égal accès des femmes et des hommes à la création artistique et à la culture. Le public bénéficiaire des activités de l'association est principalement un public composé de jeunes de moins de 25 ans. Cependant, le cas échéant, des activités similaires peuvent être proposées aux adultes souhaitant travailler la question de l'image
