Objet :

promouvoir les productions issues des exploitations agricoles de la région Midi-Pyrénées Languedoc-Roussillon et départements limitrophes éventuellement, et de les valoriser en circuits courts de proximité ; d' organiser les filières de production par le regroupement de l'offre, de manière à permettre aux producteurs d'accéder plus facilement à différents marchés professionnels; l'association agit pour un développement durable de l'activité économique agricole, en limitant les trajets de livraison des produits aux consommateurs, en favorisant des prix de vente rémunérateurs pour l'agriculture grâce à la réduction du nombre d'intermédiaires entre producteur et consommateur, et en contribuant au maintien d'une activité agricole locale, par la diversification et la sécurisation des sources de revenus de l'exploitation ; par conséquent l'association est amenée à exercer une activité commerciale, comme un élément concourant à la satisfaction de son objet
