de défendre et d'améliorer l'environnement et le cadre de vie des habitants de Saint-Cyprien ; de s'opposer à un développement irréfléchi de l'urbanisation sur Toulouse ou à tout autre projet de nature à déstructurer et altérer l'espace ou à porter atteinte au bien-être des habitants de Toulouse ; de veiller à la tranquillité et à la sécurité de ses habitants. L'animation de l'îlot constitué des rues du Docteur Calmette et du Docteur Roux et des voies contigües avec les initiatives culturelles, sociales et de convivialité entre les habitants ; l'accompagnement d'initiatives économiques, sociales ou culturelles allant dans le sens des objectifs de l'association et visant à dynamiser le quartier. L' entretien et  développement de rapports entre les habitants basés sur l'échange et la solidarité
