promouvoir les cultures Afro-Latines, par une valorisation de l'ensemble de ces aspects culturels et artistiques, principalement au travers : d'activités artistiques, culturelles et sociales, d'action d'enseignement et de formation, de voyagaes d'échanges culturels, artisituqes, linguistiques et professionnels, etc. Assurer et développer une activité de promotion, valorisation et diffusion du patrimoine artistique, culturel afro-latin,ceci comprenant principalement : la création, la production et la diffusion de toutes formes d'oeuvres musicales, chorégraphiques d'origines ou à caractère afro-latin, la promotion et la valorisation des artistes (danseurs, chorégraphes,musiciens, photographes ou cinéastes,etc) ainsi que de toute autre personne susceptible de fournir à l'association "ELEGUA" la possibilité de se développer, de poursuivre ses buts et de réaliser ses objectifs.
