Objet :

maintenir la qualité actuelle du cadre de vie du quartier, le bien-vivre ensemble ; protéger son environnement et en préserver l'avenir pour tous ses habitants, récents, nouveaux ou anciens ; le quartier concerné est celui de la Patte d'Oie et délimité par les rue Adolphe Coll, d'Antipoul, des Consuls, du Dr Roux, des Fontaines, Marc Sangnier et, au premier chef, la rue Labruyère et l'impasse Bara ; la concrétisation du projet de cette association permettrait la préservation d'un espace vert naturel ; privilégier un développement davantage réfléchi de l'urbanisation dans Toulouse et favoriser la concertation entre les élus et les riverains ; veiller à la sécurité des habitants ; entretenir l'ensemble de ce quartier, favorable par ses dimensions humaines, à des initiatives culturelles, d'échange, de solidarité et de convivialité entre les habitants, ainsi qu'à des initiatives économiques et sociales dans le but de dynamiser le quartier
