l'association a pour objet exclusif de verser des aides financières accordées permettant la réalisation d'investissements tels que définis au 3 de l'article 17 du règlement (UE) n°651/2014 de la Commission du 17 juin 2014 ou de fournir des prestations d'accompagnement à des petites et moyennes entreprises telles qu'elles sont définies à l'annexe de ce règlement ; de faciliter l'action des plateformes ; de contribuer au développement de leur activité de soutien aux entrepreneurs ; de porter le projet associatif et les valeurs du réseau Initiative à l'échelle régionale ; d'être un relais pour renforcer l'efficacité et la cohésion au sein du réseau, d'effectuer des prêts, soit directement soit indirectement au profit de toute structure, en lien avec la vocation du réseau Initiative en faveur du soutien à l'activité économique et de création d'entreprises ; ces aides sont octroyées selon des critères établis par le conseil d'administration, ou selon les dispositions prévues par le règlement intérieur
