défendre « La poésie contre la marchandise, une ville à vivre et non à consommer » ; L'association est au service d'un enrichissement de l'imaginaire collectif ; Le domaine d'intervention privilégié de l'association est l'expression de la critique de tous les mécanismes d'aliénation collective et individuelle, de tous les mécanismes qui tendent à confondre accès à la citoyenneté et accès à la consommation ; L'association LA CHAPELLE a vocation à devenir l'association juridiquement responsable du lieu-dit « La Chapelle », au 36 rue Danielle Casanova à Toulouse ; L'association veillera à ce que le site de la Chapelle, reste accueillant, convivial, non excluant ; Une fois devenue le gérant juridique (preneur d'un bail emphytéotique, ou propriétaire suite à une acquisition directe) , l'association LA CHAPELLE confiera l'animation du lieu-dit « La Chapelle » à toute association ou collectif poursuivant les mêmes buts et ayant une pratique commune
