exploiter l'équipement à vocation touristique et culturel la Halle des Mécaniques, service public qui lui est délégué par Toulouse Métropole, ainsi que des prestations accessoires au service public, pour la mise en oeuvre d'un projet artistique et culturel La Halle de La Machine, développé spécifiquement pour ce lieu par l'association et son directeur artistique François Delaroziere, promouvoir les arts de la rue en vue d'accompagner le projet urbain Montaudran Aérospace, participer à la mise en valeur du territoire en cohérence avec la politique culturelle et touristique métropolitaine et régionale par l'expression artistique, notamment au moyen de la mise en mouvement dans l'espace public des machines conçues et fabriquées par La Machine et du développement d'une activité d'entrepreneur de spectacles vivants, réaliser toute opération industrielle, commerciale, financière, mobilière ou immobilière se rapportant directement ou indirectement à son objet et pouvant participer à l'exécution de ses missions
