créer, diffuser, promouvoir et organiser des projets culturels dans le domaine des arts visuels : création d'image (photographie, illustration, sérigraphie, cinéma d'animation, etc) et construction de support aux images (livre unique - micro édition, jouets optiques et tout autre support d'image) ; éducation aux arts visuels (photo, illustration, livres et supports d'image) en favorisant la production par tous et la transmission à tous les publics, tout particulièrement aux publics "éloignés" de la production/diffusion des arts visuels ; participation ou organisation d'actions/manifestations culturelles relatives aux arts visuels ; l'oeil s'amuse est une association socioculturelle, elle a la volonté de s'impliquer, sur les plans culturels et éducatifs, dans la vie locale-régionale, au service de tous, des particuliers comme des collectivités publiques et structures associatives et privées, elle collabore avec des bénévoles, ou des professionnels pouvant être rémunérés
