dans une démarche d'éducation populaire, le Foyer Fraternel est un lieu d'accueil, d'écoute, d'entraide, de partage et de solidarité. Il poursuit, notamment à l'égard des plus démunis, une perspective de développement et d'insertion. Il veut accompagner l'enfant comme l'adulte vers la responsabilité, l'autonomie et le respect d'autrui et faire en sorte qu'ils trouvent une place parmi les hommes et un sens à leur vie. Le Foyer Fraternel est une forme de témoignage que la communauté protestante apporte à tous au nom de l'Evangile et sans distinction de religion. Fondée sur le refus de la fatalité, de l'exclusion, de l'indifférence et de l'intolérance, l'action de l'association participe de la lutte pour un autre possible, pour l'intégration, pour la solidarité et pour la dignité
