Objet :

réseau Paul Bert accueille et accompagne les personnes en difficulté, notamment sociale et/ou économique, en privilégiant la mixité sous ses différentes formes. La personne, son histoire ses choix au centre d'un accompagnement fondé sur l'hospitalité. L'accompagnement a pour objectif de permettre les recompositions et les transformations personnelles à l'oeuvre dans les moments de transistion auxquels sont confrontés les usagers. Le travail social a Réseau Paul Bert, ambitionne de reconstruire l'espace public, c'est-à-dire non seulement un espace de services qui répondraient à des besoins, mais aussi un espace de citoyenneté, de reconstruction des normes de civilité. Radio Paul BERT, autorisée à émettre par le Conseil Supérieur de l'Audiovisuel (CSA) depuis novembre 2014, est un outil qui soutient et participe au développement des activités et de l'objet de Réseau Paul Bert. Les productions artistiques, l'accueil d'artistes, comme l'engagement des usagers du Réseau dans la radio, contribuent ainsi à son développement (voté en AGE du 06.03.2018) ;
