regrouper les exploitants du centre commercial Quai des Marques sis à Bordeaux quai de Bacalan (ci-après désigné le Centre ou le Centre Commercial, soucieux du développement et de la promotion du centre, indépendamment de la publicité que chaque exploitant pourra décider de faire pour le développement de sa propres activité; organiser une animation permanente du centre et des campagnes publicitaires dans l'intérêt de la fréquentation du centre et par conséquent dans l'intérêt de la collectivité des exploitants eux-mêmes, créer et gérer les services communs relatifs à l?information et à l?accueil de la clientèle du centre commercial, arrêter le budget annuel des actions d?animation et de promotion du centre, et plus généralement, toutes opérations quelconques nécessaires à la réalisation effective de l?objet ci-dessus dans les limites qu?il comporte et notamment le recouvrement des droits d?entrée, cotisations et appels de fonds complémentaires
