cette association a pour objet de promouvoir la pratique et le développement du football ; elle contribue au respect des lois et règlements notamment en tenant ses adhérents informés des dispositions édictée à cette fin ; l'association respecte les règles d'encadrement, d'hygiène et de sécurité applicables à la pratique des activités ; elle reconnait avoir pris connaissance des statuts et règlement intérieur de la fédération française de football et s'engage à les respecter ; de même, elle déclare se conformer au respect de décisions prises par le comité directeur ou lors des assemblées générales ; l'association ne poursuit aucun but lucratif ; elle s'interdit toutes discussions ou manifestations présentant un caractère racial, politique ou confessionnel ; l'association s'interdit toute discrimination ; la liberté d'opinion et le respect des droits de la défense sont assurés ; article r131-3 du code du sport : l'association garantit l'égal accès des hommes et des femmes à des instances dirigeantes, la composition de l'organe directeur doit refléter la composition de l'assemblée générale
