Objet :

développer des projets culturels et artistiques, notamment par la production et/ou la diffusion de spectacles vivants, qui s'inscrivent dans les valeurs de l'éducation populaire, et favorisent donc la laïcité, la mixité sociale, une citoyenneté active, éco-responsable, et l'accessibilité de tous. Pour cela, elle met notamment en oeuvre et organise chaque année un festival pluri-disciplinaire en plein air, dit "des arts du dehors" intitulé lui aussi les Z'Arpètes. Elle peut proposer également tout au long de l'année d'autres évènements ou manifestations artistiques : concerts, tremplins, scènes ouvertes, spectacles de danse, théâtral ou circassien, expositions, performances, résidences d'artistes, recherches-actions etc... ; voire gérer à l'année un lieu associatif, genre "café-concert". De plus l'association envisage de promouvoir des artistes en accompagnant leur développement (booking, communication, management etc..) Elle a aussi pour objectif d'encourager les jeunes à s'investir dans le festival et/ou à construire des projets culturels, en lien direct ou pas avec le festival, et de les accompagner dans le montage et la réalisation de leurs actions ; elle a donc une dimension formative basée sur la responsabilisation, "l'autonomisation" et l'expérimentation ; enfin, l'association veut créer des partenariats avec d'autres associations oeuvrant dans les champs de l'éducation populaire et/ou des arts, afin de générer un réseau culturel actif et solidaire
