apporter son concours aux pouvoirs publics en cas de nécessité (catastrophes naturelles) ; d'oeuvrer à la formation de nouveaux radioamateurs ou de radio-clubs en Gironde ; d'assurer la représentativité des radioamateurs et écouteurs girondins ; d'assurer une activité scientifique qui permette à ceux qui la pratiquent d'établir des liaisons hertziennes avec les radioamateurs de gironde, de France et du monde entier ; de faire acquérir des connaissances techniques dans le domaine de la radio, l'électronique et les moyens modernes de communication à ses adhérents ; d'organiser des manifestations pour la promotion de l'activité du radio amateurisme ou participer à leurs organisations ; construire, entretenir et gérer les équipements de l'association servant au radio amateurisme ; veiller au bon fonctionnement et à l'utilisation promotionnelle de la station radio de l'association (F6KNL)
