venir en aide aux parents ayant ou attendant un enfant souffrant d'une holoprosencéphalie (HPE) en leurs proposant une écoute, un soutien, mais aussi en les aidant dans les éventuelles démarches administratives nécessaire pour surmonter au mieux cette situation d'handicap ; venir aussi en soutien psychologique de personnes devant interrompre médicalement leurs grossesses en cas de trop grosses situation d'handicap de leurs enfants ; permette également de subventionner d'éventuelles dépenses pour du matériels spécialisés après études au cas par cas
