l'organisation de spectacles et d'évènements à caractères artistiques, sous quelque forme que ce soit (stages, concerts, animations,...). Elle a pour ambition d'être le trait d'union entre ses adhérents artistes et les entreprises, les associations, les collectivités ou les particuliers susceptibles d'être intéressés par les prestations de ceux-ci. Elle vise à être un facteur facilitant les démarches des uns et des autres, tant en termes de mise en relation que d'organisation, de simplification administrative, et en général de tout ce qui peut concerner l'organisation et l'encadrement d'un évènement (déclarations, contrats, sécurité, etc...). Elle a pour but de promouvoir ses artistes (Membres Actifs) sous toutes les formes d'action qu'elle estimera nécessaire. Elle se réserve le droit de subventionner, de financer ou d'organiser tout projet qu'elle estimera aller dans ce sens
