permettre de réunir des personnes partageant une même passion (la pratique de la motocyclette Harley-Davidson), dans le cadre de valeurs et d'une éthique communes, et partager et promouvoir des activités dans le cadre de cette passion ; viser à établir des relations étroites entre les motocyclistes roulant en Harley-Davidson, et à donner ainsi, notamment au travers des manifestations, une image positive de cette frange des motocyclistes ; avoir également pour objet de promouvoir les règles de conduite intelligentes et sécuritaires, dans le respect de la législation en vigueur, ainsi que la culture sur la moto Américaine auprès des plus jeunes
