Objet :

donner la parole aux différents acteurs et agitateurs (corps intermédiaires, associations, habitants, artistes, institutions, communes, entrepreneurs...) de la Communauté Urbaine de Bordeaux et des environs. La priorité sera donnée aux acteurs qui ont peu ou pas de moyens de communication afin de présenter leurs actions qui participent au dynamisme de nos quartiers et de nos communes. Développer du lien social et favoriser la notion du "bien vivre ensemble" grâce à une présence forte sur les territoires accompagnée d'actions ludiques, sociales et pédagogiques ; faciliter l'accès au média et aux nouvelles technologies de communication. L'association Toobordo est un média participatif où les citoyens ont enfin l'opportunité d'être la fois acteurs et auditeurs de leurs programmes
