assumer les buts de l'UFOLEP, l'éducation par le sport, notamment dans une perspective de développement durable, sur le territoire considéré : en organisant et en promouvant toute activité physique comme moyen d'éducation et de culture par le sport, d'intégration et de participation à la vie sociale, dans le but de former des sportifs et des citoyens ; en suscitant, en organisant, en coordonnant et en mutualisant ces activités dans les départements, avec le souci de contribuer à l'harmonieux épanouissement de la personne humaine ; en donnant à chacun, sans discrimination, aucune, la possibilité de pratiquer des activités physiques, sportifs et de pleine nature ; en propageant sa conception du sport pouvant aller de la saine détente dans le cadre des loisirs jusqu'à la compétition si elle est formatrice, amicale, désintéressée et respectueuse de l'environnement et de la santé des pratiquants, illustrant ainsi sa devise "tous les sports autrement"
