conclure en faveur de ses membres adhérents tous contrats d'assurance groupe auprès des entreprises d'assurances autorisées et toutes conventions utiles auprès des organismes de prévoyance, de retraite ou d'assurances de personnes et d'assurances de biens, adapter à leur profit ces contrats et conventions et permettre aux membres de participer à la gestion des risques qui les concernent conformément à la législation en vigueur ; les informer sur toutes les questions concernant la protection sociale, l'assurance de personne et de biens, à titre individuel et collectif et engager à ces effets toute action d'information, de formation et de communication avec ses membres, et en dehors d'eux pour accueillir de nouveaux membres ; conclure toute convention ou partenariat avec des organismes, notamment des sociétés, associations, fondations proposant un produit ou service présentant un intérêt direct au bénéfice de ses membres ; développer entre ses membres un esprit de solidarité conforme à la tradition mutualiste ; prendre toutes participations et toutes initiatives présentant une utilité directe, indirecte ou complémentaire pour son activité ; elle est force de propositions concernant les produits et services susceptibles d'être distribués par les assureurs avec lesquels elle a conclu des conventions
