Objet :

la création d'un centre Edgard Pillet. Pour la peinture, à Bordeaux ou en Gironde, doté d'oeuvres de l'artiste qui en constituent la collection permanente (oeuvres mises en dépôt dans le centre). Le centre aura entre autres pour mission de mener une réflexion sur la permanence de la peinture dans l'art contemporain et de proposer des expositions d'artistes peintres des XXe et XXIe siècles. Le centre sera accompagné dans sa réflexion par un groupe de recherche composé d'artistes mais aussi d'historiens liés à l'université de Bordeaux, l'INHA et les Archives de la Critique d'Art
