Objet :

la garde d'enfants sous respect de l'agrément du Conseil Général de la Gironde par deux, trois ou quatre assistantes maternelles réunies dans un même local. Cette association permet de poser un cadre juridique au regroupement, tout en fournissant un interlocuteur clairement défini aux institutions auxquelles la Mam sera amené à faire. Ainsi c'est l'Association qui gèrera le local (local en son nom) et sera propriétaire du matériel de la MAM (achat ou don), ceci pour éviter d'éventuels conflits entre les assistantes maternelles exerçant leur activité en son sein, notamment en cas de départ de l'une d'entre elle
