regrouper des personnes désireuses de s'investir dans les domaines de la protection du patrimoine et de l'environnement qu'ils soient naturels ou architecturaux par une action durable et régulière ; sauvegarder et défendre le patrimoine du vieux bourg d'Eysines afin de le transmettre aux générations futures ; veiller à ce que toute activité et tout projet d'urbanisme quel qu'il soit s'exerce dans le respect du patrimoine historique et de l'environnement des monuments historiques et des paysages ; l'association engagera toute action contre toute autorisation, décision ou activité quelle qu'elle soit qui porte atteinte directement ou indirectement au patrimoine et à l'environnement en général et à ses but le périmètre géographique des actions de l'association E.P.B.E se situe dans le vieux bourg d'Eysines ; il est délimité par le secteur sauvegardé à savoir : deux cercles de 500 mètres de rayon autour des 2 monuments historiques inscrits : le pigeonnier et la maison Guiraud
