promouvoir notamment la course à pieds comme facteur de santé, appelant ainsi à la lutte contre la sédentarité et encourageant l'activité physique et sportive comme élément de bien-être, en rendant la pratique accessible à tous, quel que ce soit le niveau, sans objectif compétitif, et de l'émanciper, dans un espace dépassant le cadre local et régional ; développer au niveau national l'organisation de sorties pédestres loisirs, qui peuvent être démultiplié localement grâce aux bénévoles de l'association présents sur places qui créent, encadrent et animent localement les sorties course à pied et trail en respectant les valeurs de l'association ; mettre en relation des personnes pour qu'ils pratiquent, échangent, se rencontrent autour du thème de la course à pied, du trail, du triathlon, du fitness, du yoga, de toute activité concourant au bien-être et à la santé des personnes
