améliorer la vie à Mérignac par l'action sur la vie de la cité (concernant le centre ville et les 10 quartiers) : conditions de vie générale, santé, bonheur, ressources, logement, cadre de vie, espaces verts, vitalité du centre ; agir au niveau national pour les dossiers qui concernent Mérignac ou la Région (Industrie, aéronautique, énergie, aéroport, transports collectifs) ; déclencher un rassemblement positif et légitime, étendu et solide au niveau local (Mérignac et région) par des actions charismatiques et concrètes ; MIRA est une association indépendante ; MIRA a la volonté de transparence et de vérité ; MIRA envisage une action très réaliste en regard des faits actuels avec des solutions positives, constructives et concrètes.
