défendre les intérêts des joueurs de rugby fidjiens sur le territoire français, aider à l'intégration des joueurs de rugby fidjiens au sein de leurs clubs et de la société française ; promouvoir le rugby fidjien auprès des institutions,collaborer avec le syndicat des joueurs de rugby professionnel, informer le syndicat sur les spécificités des joueurs fidjiens ; informer les joueurs de rugby fidjiens sur leurs droits et leurs devoirs vis à vis des institutions et de leurs clubs, créer un fonds de solidarité ayant pour but de venir en aide aux joueurs de rugby fidjiens sur le plan juridique, aider les joueurs de rugby fidjiens dans leurs démarches auprès des autorités, institutions et administrations françaises
