promouvoir l'habitat participatif dans une vision d'intérêt général et s'inscrire dans le champ de l'éducation populaire. L'association s'appuiera sur les valeurs socles de l'habitat participatif inscrites dans le livre blanc de l'habitat participatif de 2011, ainsi que sur les 5 enjeux d'intérêt général ; l'habitat participatif génère des liens sociaux, de l'entraide, de la mixité qui lui donnent une dimension d'utilité sociale ; l'habitat participatif apporte une réponse alternative et innovante aux difficultés d'accès au logement et d'entretien du patrimoine ; l'habitat participatif peut être un moyen de réguler les prix des marchés immobiliers notamment par l'habitat coopératif ; l'habitat participatif permet de dynamiser le développement des territoires urbains et ruraux en s'appuyant sur les initiatives citoyennes ; l'habitat participatif promet un habitat durable qui intègre pleinement la dimension environnementale ;
