Objet :

promouvoir le développement des Jeunes Chambres Economiques locales de Agen, Bergerac, Bordeaux, Ouest-Landes, Pays Basque, Limoges, Bressuire, Parthenay, Niort, Angoulême-Cognac, Poitiers, Rochefort, Saintes et La Rochelle, en favorisant la création de nouvelles JCEL, le recrutement de nouveaux adhérents locaux ainsi que leur formation ;  promouvoir l'étude, favoriser la compréhension et susciter la solution des problèmes économiques, sociaux et culturels ayant trait à la vie locale, régionale, nationale et (parmi les jeunes âgés de moins de 40 ans, soucieux de prendre des responsabilités) ; développer les qualités individuelles des adhérents de la JCEL, par la prise de conscience et l'acceptation des responsabilités civiques, la participation individuelle aux programmes de formation au sein des organisations locales, régionales, nationales, visant au développement de l'individu, de la communauté et du mouvement Jeune Chambre
