l'association paritaire territoriale reçoit une délégation de gestion du Conseil d'Administration national de l'OPCA AGEFOS PME, conformément aux articles R. 6332-17, L 6332-2 et R 6332-12 du Code du Travail, pour mettre en oeuvre les décisions nécessaires à la gestion de ladite association et pour traduire, au plan territorial, dans le cadre des orientations et directives nationales pour leur application, tant en ce qui concerne l'interprofession que les politique sectorielles, les objectifs énoncés dans le préambule et l'article 1 de l'Accord National constitutif de l'AGEFOS PMe ainsi que dans la convention de délégation ; l'association de gestion paritaire territoriale représente, sur son territoire, l'OPCA AGEFOS PME notamment auprès de l'Etat, des collectivités territoriales et des partenaires ; cette délégation fait l'objet d'une convention telle que prévue dans l'Accord National constitutif
