cette association a pour but principal de promouvoir la culture urbaine et plus particulièrement la culture glisse entendue au sens large. Cette association vise à mettre en avant un mode de vie en participant directement ou indirectement, à toute opération pouvant se rattacher à son objet, notamment par voie de création de partenariats avec des entreprises et des associations tierces, parla mise en place de différents évènements culturels et par la création de produits dérivés. Cette association a également pour but d'organiser la gestion de toutes opérations industrielles, commerciales, économiques, financières, civiles, mobilières ou immobilières, pouvant se rattacher directement ou indirectement à l'objet social ou à tout objet similaire, connexe ou complémentaire étant entendu que tout bénéfice se verra alloué au fonctionnement, à l'organisation et au développement de l'association
