recueillir et diffuser auprès de ses membres et de la population toutes les informations utiles sur les projets de construction et d'aménagement du quartier de La Bastide, tout particulièrement, mais de manière non exclusive, en ce qui concerne les espaces publics ; représenter les membres de l'association et les habitants du quartier auprès de l'ensemble des autorités publiques et des promoteurs pour faire entendre les avis, les suggestions et les propositions des habitants concernant l'aménagement du quartier en général et des espaces publics en particulier ; effectuer des propositions d'aménagements publics et privés, de nature à favoriser le cadre de vie du quartier de la Bastide, tout particulièrement en ce qui concerne la qualité des espaces publics, l'embellissement, la propreté, la sécurité et l'animation ; agir en utilisant les moyens que la loi met à sa disposition pour promouvoir les projets qu'elle juge utiles et nécessaires
