cette association a pour objet de promouvoir l'activité physique comme un vecteur de maintien et d'amélioration de la santé et du bien être aux travers : d'activités physiques douces comme le Pilates, le Yoga, Tai Chi , la Marche Active, etc. ; de bien être : la sophrologie , la réflexologie plantaire , la relaxation, le massage ; d'ateliers santé : groupes de paroles animés par des professionnels de la santé, atelier nutrition, le bien être par les plantes ; et toutes les activités qui pourront amener un bien être aux personnes inscrites à l'Association Studio Canopée Pilates & Coaching ; La spécificité du Studio Canopée est précisément le coaching sportif rapproché adapté aux petits groupes de 4 à 5 personnes favorisant l'intégration et le bien être des personnes en bonne condition physique ; En outre, cette association s'adresse également aux personnes atteintes de maladies chroniques envoyées par leur médecin traitant afin d'appuyer et de contribuer à la nouvelle loi du Sport sur Ordonnance applicable depuis mars 2017 ;
