promouvoir les comités de quartier et des fêtes de Bordeaux et du 33 ou de toutes autres associations ayant le même but ; rassembler, aider et assister les associations organisatrices de festivités sur Bordeaux, la métropole bordelaise et dans tout le département de la Gironde ; créer entre eux des liens d'amitié et de convivialité ; apporter une assistance technique, juridique, morale et promotionnelle ; favoriser l'échange d'information par l'organisation de réunions locales ou départementales, de congrès et de divers salons ;développer la promotion de l'activité de ses membres par des calendriers ou autres publications sur papier, par la publication d'un webmagazine et d'un site internet ou par la radiodiffusion en FM d'une webradio ou par tous autres moyens électroniques, comme parles réseaux câblés, satellitaires ou par diffusion numérique terrestre et par des services audiotels etc... organiser ou réaliser toutes activités sur Bordeaux ou dans le département de la Gironde se rapportant aux objectifs définis précédemment
