aider les inventeurs sélectionnés par l'association ABADI à développer et mettre sur le marché entretenir et défendre leurs inventions ou droits d'auteur ; pour ce faire, un accord commercial sera conclu entre l'inventeur ou l'auteur sélectionné et l'association ABADI dont le taux ou/et pourcentage sera décidé au gré des deux parties, le dit taux ou/et pourcentage pouvant être révisé à tout moment au gré des deux parties ; assurer la défense des intérêts de l'un de ses affiliés en butte à un procès ou à une spoliation et assumer les frais de justice et autres dépens qui y sont liés ; au cas où l'un de ses affiliés serait nécessiteux, l'association pourra prendre en charge tous les frais inhérents au maintien de brevet/s ou droits d'auteur auprès de l'INPI ou/et frais engendrés par l'un des brevets ou droits d'auteur du dit affilié
