poursuivre l'état des lieux des connaissances scientifiques sur les impacts du changement climatique dans cette région, sur les sources anthropiques d'émissions de GES et sur les mesures d'atténuation et d'adaptation, projetées ou mises en œuvre, par des acteurs publics ou privés dans cette même région  ; constituer une veille scientifique sur chacune des thématiques abordées dans les rapports 2013 et 2018, ou qu'il paraîtrait utile d'inclure au programme de travail de l'Association, sur décision de son Conseil d'Administration ; diffuser les connaissances ainsi collectées et en communiquant sur tout sujet relevant de l'objet de l'Association auprès des acteurs publics ou privés du territoire et du public ; accompagner des projets locaux mis en œuvre par des acteurs publics ou privés, dès lors qu'ils ont trait à l'objet de l'Association  ; identifier en son sein des groupes d'experts pouvant répondre à la demande sociale sur des questions spécifiques liées au changement climatique dans la région  ; créer et alimenter une plateforme de données et/ou indicateurs qui offrira à terme un outil d'aide à la décision adapté au territoire  ; et toute autre activité que le Conseil d'Administration pourra identifier comme étant susceptible de concourir à l'objet social de l'Association
