rassembler les associations ou collectifs ostéopathiques à vocation humanitaire ou sociale et les aider à être pérenne ou à se développer ; ainsi fédosoli permet à chacun de prendre force dans un mouvement unifié ; rassembler les ostéopathes investis dans le soin ostéopathique et solidaire à titre individuel et désireux de s'impliquer dans une démarche collective ; favoriser la création d'associations ou collectifs ostéopathiques à but humanitaire ou social ; impulser, organiser ou mener toute initiative ou action dont le but est d'aider les personnes démunies ou en grande difficulté en leur facilitant l'accès aux soins ostéopathiques ; dispenser des soins ostéopathiques lors de la survenue de situations exceptionnelles (attentat, vague migratoire importante, catastrophe naturelle, etc…) communiquer ou monter des évènements afin de faire connaître l'ostéopathie et son implication dans le soin humanitaire ou social auprès des professions de santé, des acteurs sociaux, des institutions, des autorités et du tout public
