créer, animer, gérer une station radiophonique locale associative pour promouvoir la culture et la communication sociale de proximité en toute indépendance éditoriale et dans un esprit d'ouverture sur la cité, à travers la diffusion d'informations culturelles, médico-sociales, scientifiques, économiques, académiques, politiques etc ; établir un courant d'information et de communication interculturelle ; effectuer des animations pédagogiques sur des thèmes de société, sur la citoyenneté, sur l'histoire et la mémoire ; promouvoir le dialogue interculturel, la lutte contre tout type de discrimination (handicap, sexe, santé, origine etc ; ) , promouvoir la lutte contre le racisme, l'antisémitisme et la xénophobie, organiser des formations professionnelles continues ; faire connaitre et transmettre, notamment à la jeunesse, la diversité des patrimoines culturels et des traditions dans toutes leurs expressions littéraires, artistiques, historiques, sociales etc ; , d'organiser toute action susceptible de pérenniser l'activité
